Refunds, Returns & Redemptions

Services

Refunds, for any and all services rendered or purchased, are subject to review. If you are unhappy with the service or experience provided, please contact matt@moderngravity.ca, as soon as possible, and let us know how we could have made your experience better. All discount sales or bonus packages are final.

Product Items

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30-days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. All sale items are final.

Gift Cards

When redeeming a Modern Gravity Ltd. gift card, it will always be processed under the listed category and price that it was originally purchased; and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, Float Club or otherwise (e.g. if a Float Club member brought in a gift card for a single float session, the gift card would be processed as a full-priced, single float session; not under their membership discount).

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the Site or the Services, the Alberta courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
